I like to read on my Amazon Kindle. It has allowed me to be “wired” as I read. I can highlight and refer to a dictionary instantaneously, look up wikipedia and google as I read. I have never felt so attentive to what I read!
My very big passion is to be able to write a compilation of what I have read someday, incorporating elements in a fictional account of growing up in a university campus in the Philippines. Our small academic community had a resource of very well read professors, mentors, scientists and artists, and growing up around these individuals help shaped what I am today and what I would want to be.
